Hard Boiled Eggs

Ingredients

  • Eggs
  • Water

Preparation

  1. Place eggs in saucepan and pour in cold water to cover; place over high heat. When the water starts to simmer, turn off heat, cover the pan and let stand for 17 minutes.
  2. Pour out hot water and place eggs in cold water. Drain and refill cold water when it warms. Let stand until eggs are cool (about 20 minutes)
