Rice Krispy Treats

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 10oz OR 5 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 6 cups Rice Krispies

Preparation

  1. Melt butter in large saucepan
  2. Add marshmallows and stir until completely mixed; remove from heat
  3. Add cereal and stir until well coated
  4. Using buttered spatula or wax paper, evenly press mixture into 13x9x2in greased pan.
  5. Cool; cut into 2in squares. Best served same day
