Tomato Sauce

Ingredients

  • 4 pounds fresh tomatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 1 yellow onion
  • garlic
  • dried basil
  • salt
  • sugar

Preparation

  1. Heat oil in skillet over medium heat, Add onion and garlic; cook until onion is translucent
  2. Add all other ingredients
  3. Bring to boil; simmer to desired thickness
  4. (If desired) blend to reduce texture
