Venison Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground venison
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, minced
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 large egg

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients and mix
  2. Roll into small balls and place into ungreased mini muffin tin
  3. Bake for 15 minutes at 375, until fully cooked to 165
