Ingredients
- 1 lb ground venison
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, minced
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 large egg
Preparation
- Combine all ingredients and mix
- Roll into small balls and place into ungreased mini muffin tin
- Bake for 15 minutes at 375, until fully cooked to 165
