Ingredients
- 1 pint heavy cream (16 oz)
- 1/4 cup powdered or extra fine sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp cream or tartar
Preparation
- Place your bowl and mixer beaters into the freezer to chill, about five minutes.
- Pour cream into chilled bowl and beat with an electric mixer until frothy. Add remaining ingredients gradually, continuing to beat until soft peaks form.
